If previous experiences of mobile phone retailers with recently released Sony Ericsson units such as theC902, W901 and K850i were not a good experience, Sony Ericsson is assuring the retailers that there will be no more if not less returns of handsets from consumers.

If you will recall, or you might not be aware like me, the C902, W901 and K8501 has caused retailers and Sony Ericsson some problems when they were released. Several of these units experiences freezing and crashing, prompting retailers to refund payments of consumers who returned the units.

This has been causing retailers some anxiety as to whether they would still sell new SE mobile phones, including the Xperia X1. Sony Ericsson however some kind of assure retailers that upcoming SE mobile phones were  thoroughly tested to work smoothly before they will be released for retail.

David Hilton, marketing director of Sony Ericsson, said that his company is “more confident about new products and are confident we can reverse the apprehension.” And that SE has installed newest software versions on their most recent phones as well as those which they are about to release in time for the Christmas Season. That of course includes the Xperia X1.
