Sony Ericsson to Show Off Xperia X2 on June 17th?
Posted in: Sony Ericsson, xperia x2, tags: x2, xperia
Electronista have posted up details of a ‘leaked invitation’ to a special event that is occurring on Wednesday 17th of June in Singapore, which is being hosted by Sony Ericsson. The event is rumoured to be the place that Sony Ericsson will bring out their highly anticipated Xperia X2 smartphone to make it’s first official appearance.
From the article:
The Singapore gathering appears to focus on entertainment but has been linked to the smartphone, which may also appear at the same time as a Bluetooth headset based on FCC data. The possibility exists for other phones but hasn’t been supported by other rumors.
We’re waiting impatiently for news on the outcome of the event and hopefully we will be seeing some ‘official’ pics of the Xperia X2 from the event too. With a little luck Sony Ericsson will not only unveil the X2 to the world but, some release details would be welcome too so fingers crossed this isn’t all just a rumour.
