Like the Sony Ericsson Xperia X8, the X10 Mini may not be every one’s cup of tea but, if you’re looking for a gift for someone who’s new to Android, or after a cheap phone to keep you going then this is a deal not to be sniffed at. Currently online phone retailer Mobiles.co.uk have refurbished Xperia X10 Mini handsets in stock. By refurbished, Mobiles mean that the handset was returned to them within 7 days of purchase and have been fully inspected. As expected, the handset comes with a full 12 month warranty.
Mobiles have the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 available for £49.90 with a £10 top up. You can choose from Vodafone, O2 or Orange but, regardless of the network chosen, phones from Mobiles.co.uk come unlocked as standard. Despite requiring a £10 top up, the total price of £59.90 is still a bargain price for the phone.

If you’ve been looking at getting Sony Ericsson’s Xperia Ray which has recently gone on sale in the UK, here’s an offer that’s sure to interest you, whether you’re looking to get the handset sim free or on a contract. Through Mobiles you can grab the Xperia Ray on Talk Mobile for free on a 12 month contract. The monthly price of the contract is £25 a month, which over the 12 months would equate to £300, the same price as the handset is sim free. As it is through Mobiles, the handset you receive would also be sim free and unlocked rather than having any network branding.
The £25 a month tariff includes 1GB of internet data, 300 minutes and 1000 texts. Talk Mobile is Carphone Warehouse’s own brand network and is hosted on Vodafone’s network. Going directly through Talk Mobile for the Xperia Ray only brings up 24 month contracts with the lowest being £18 a month but, working out at over £400 for the life of the contract.

After many months of waiting, the Xperia X10 is finally with us. In the UK, the handset is showing up in all the major shops, as well as online. Ordering from Orange no longer requires an eight day wait. While Mobiles.co.uk have the handset in stock on all the major networks. They have a section for 3 but, are showing the handset as not available on 3 while Virgin Mobile doesn’t get a mention at all. One of the best deals is with Vodafone, who from Mobiles are offering the handset free on a £30 a month contract with 5 months half price, redeemed by the company themselves. While they do have what look like great deals, it is always best to shop around though, as somewhere else, may be offering an even better deal.
