Why would they when they can just sell you a new phone. The almighty dollar speaks more to them than customer loyalty. This was my second SE phone. The first being the P900 when it first came out and if i recall they pulled similar crap then. All i can say is if they don't start caring about their customers this will be my last SE phone.
