Those eagerly awaiting Sony Ericsson’s first Windows Mobile OS-powered smartphone will be glad to know that the Xperia X1 is finally arriving in O2 in November. Reliable sources from Register Hardware confirmed the November availability date and even said that the Xperia X1 would only be available through O2′s brick-and-mortar stores. Meaning, it would not be available for order online.

Unfortunately, the source did not mention any specific date in November, so you may all have to guess which day in November the phone will arrive in O2. The source didn’t mention anything about the O2 price as well.

But for those who don’t want to get it under O2 may still check out the pre-order page over at Expansys which promised to deliver the Xperia X1 on November 1. Just be prepared to shell out around $1023 for the smarthphone though.
