Xperia X1 Up for Pre-Order at Carphone Warehouse

Carphone Warehouse has put up a pre-order page for the Xperia X1. Actually, it appears that the online store may have put up the page in “available” status at first but has to change it to pre-order noted by some mobile phone bloggers. Carphone Warehouse probably got too excited about it only to find out from their  SE contacts that the phone won’t be arriving just yet.

Anyway, Carphone Warehouse is offering the Xperia X11 under O2 network and comes with an 18-months service contract. The service plan would have a 1200 mins and umilimited text a month, with free voicemail, one month free insurance, automatic savings on international calls and a line rental of around $76.

    Well that’s great news, I think this is the first actual contract I have read about for the xperia x1 yet, so at least carriers are picking it up!
